A flying stingray?

New Zealand Flying Ray

A stingray leaps out of the water as it is hunted by a killer whale, whose fin can be seen below the ray, just off St. Heliers beach in Auckland, New Zealand.

Amazing, isn’t it?

I am excited!

I have been given the privilege to host a bloggers’ meme for the time being. Yey!

This blog will be hosting Weekend Snapshot!

My friend over at weekendsnapshot.com will be on a temporary hiatus and has kindly asked me if I could host the meme for now. I am grateful for the opportunity as hosting/joining memes can be a great way to meet other bloggers.

I am thinking of staying true to the old rules. Same rules except for the time when I will publish the Sunday post. I am thinking of posting it 10AM Manila time (10PM Eastern Time). Let me know if this will work for most members. And if you have suggestions as to the rules, don’t hesitate to tell me about it as well.

For now, let me welcome you to the new, albeit, temporary home of Weekend Snapshot! I hope you will still participate :)

Happy Sunday!

Look who’s back…

back

I apologize for being on a hiatus for a while. I have been busy with so many things and have not been online that much. But I am back!

More posts coming up!

Happy weekend!

Robot with a soft touch

robot

According to Reuters.com, this robot, presented during a demonstration at the FOOMA Japan international food machinery and technology exhibition in Tokyo, June 12, 2009, has soft pneumatic fingers that can handle delicate objects without crushing them. A fine example: handling plastic sushi.

Japan will never stop until they could finally clone a human robot. I bet sooner or later, they will be unveiling a robot with arms and legs that of human. And then a face closer to human’s. And then a body. And then…

Who knows?!
