Breadwinners in need of jobs

Manny and his friends are in between jobs right now. The construction was done and they were let go by the contractor. They are looking for construction jobs again and hopefully one that will last more than two years so they can save up this time around.

They are single men but breadwinners in their families. They have younger siblings they send to school and parents who are depending on them for their daily meals. Can you imagine how hard it is for them to be out of a job now?
