Everything covered!

Mario has a client who wants to make sure first that he’s got insurance plans in place before signing the dotted line. The client is huge and it could be a make or break for Mario so he’s taking things seriously about the insurance plans and other stuff that the client wants in place.

So he will be giving him a copy of his certificate of liability insurance and then it will be signing off day! He can’t wait to close the deal and for things to move forward. The commission will be great and he can finally put a down payment to that place he has his eyes on.
