Whenever I hear the song When I Look At You by Miley Cyrus it reminds me of The Last Song. It’s the movie’s theme song. What I remember the most is the touching scene wherein Jonah, Ronnie’s younger brother, was trying his best to finish the window left by their ailing father. I really cried during that scene. While the little kid was crying, my sister and I were crying, too.

I don’t really like Miley Cyrus. I am not that crazy with the novels of Nicholas Sparks. But this particular book and movie, I really, really love!

Ahhh yes! Do you remember when Mandy Moore was really a big star and she’s like the Miley Cyrus of the late ’90s and early ’00s? I remember A Walk to Remember being a smash hit here in the Philippines. It was really huge and it catapulted Mandy Moore to the top!
